Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification when your order has shipped.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or incorrect address details provided by the customer. If your package is lost or damaged, contact us immediately and we’ll do our best to help.

Incorrect or Damaged Orders

If you received the wrong item or it arrived damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it, along with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll happily make it right.
