Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We currently offer standard shipping options within [Insert Country/Region].
Typical delivery times range between 5–10 business days, depending on your location. Please note, these are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.
We may offer local delivery or in-person pickup in specific areas. If this is available, the option will appear at checkout.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. If your tracking number isn’t updating, give it a day or two — couriers sometimes need time to scan packages into their systems.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We’re working on it — stay tuned!
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or incorrect address details provided by the customer. If your package is lost or damaged, contact us immediately and we’ll do our best to help.
If you received the wrong item or it arrived damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it, along with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll happily make it right.
