At Candle Cocoa & Co., every candle is hand-poured with care and crafted in small batches to ensure the highest quality. As our products are artisanal and made-to-order, we kindly request you to read our policy carefully before making a purchase.
Due to the delicate and personal nature of our candles and wellness items, we do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances, including:
Change of mind
Scent or fragrance preferences
Allergies or sensitivities
General dissatisfaction

If you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a replacement, you must:

If your package is delayed or lost during transit, please notify us immediately. While we are not responsible for courier errors, we will do our best to assist in tracking or replacing the order when appropriate.
